You retain full responsibility for the videos you submit for processing. You must possess the necessary rights, licenses, or fair use justifications for any video content processed through Cliper. Cliper does not claim ownership over any video clips generated through our platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Process illegal, abusive, or infringing video content.
Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, job isolation, or access controls.
Resell or redistribute automated access to the Service without authorization.
5. Subscription Tiers & Usage Quotas
Free Tier accounts are subject to daily processing limits (1 video analysis per day and 1 clip generation per day). New accounts receive a 7-day Pro Trial with unlimited access. Pro Subscribers enjoy full processing privileges according to their active subscription plan.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cliper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Cliper be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
